**Updated review: Seller reached out and very nicely replaced the blanket with a new one. Customer service such as this is greatly appreciated! Hopefully the new blanket will last longer than the first one.I purchased this blanket almost a year ago to have when my other electric blanket died. I just started using it 3 weeks ago. I loved it…so soft and the heat worked well. I used it this morning and it was fine. Went to turn it on tonight and it won’t heat up. So I enjoyed three weeks of my blanket…kind of an expensive 3 weeks. Any way of getting a refund or at the very least a replacement?

Great heat output, this blanket helps my arthritis tremendously!! It’s soft and plush!! This by far is my favorite electric blanket thus far!!
