Our son is our 4th child, so we have been through A LOT of sippy cups through the last 11 years, but this one is our favorite! My sister bought the first Lollacup for him for Christmas 2 years ago and we bought a second for him for Christmas last year. Besides some basic scratches and the straw being a little discolored, this cup is still in excellent shape. We have never had a sippy cup hold up this well!One complaint I have had of other straw sippy cups was that my children would bite the straw and ruin it. Not this one! I don't know what material it is made of but it is very durable, even holding up to toddler biting for several years. I love the way the handles attach. The weight straw is amazing, he can get almost every last drop of water out of the cup, instead of having some left on the bottom like with other cups. I actually find it easy to clean, I just disassemble the straw and put the pieces in the dishwasher and it cleans very well. Like with any cup, it's not 100% spill-proof and my son had a short-lived stage that he would shake it and fling water. I'm not sure if I have found a sippy cup that is spill proof, though (and those that are so air-tight, tend to have the pressure build up so liquids travel up the straw and spills out, which has happened with a few sippy cups we have owned).We love this cup and would highly recommend it to anyone!

You know the story - we've tried several different types of sippy cups, none of which my daughter would drink from. She'd play with them and laugh at me when I tried to show her how to drink from them. Fun stuff. With this one, she took to it right away. She played around with it at dinner, laughed at the cute face, but at breakfast the next morning she was drinking out of it like a champ. The cup is very easy to clean and I like how the handles come off so she can use it when she's feeling too old for the handles. The straw is weighted so that it stays in the liquid no matter what angle she is trying to drink from. The only thing I don't like (and it's not enough to deduct a star), is that the straw has gotten little stained, presumably from whatever food she may have in her mouth at the time she takes a drink. No matter how much I wash it, it stays a little stained. But it's really not that big of a deal to me, because the cup functions so well overall. As a bonus (and actually one of the main reasons I wanted this cup), it is made in the USA.Edited to add that it will leak a tiny bit if turned upside down, but I think that is to be expected and it is certainly not an issue for us. Also, the cup is EXTREMELY durable. It has been dropped from her highchair numerous times onto the floor (with some force too because likes to hold the handle and swing it around!) and it has yet to break.

After searching for a straw cup WITHOUT the spill proof valve I quickly realized there was not any options…until I came across this cup! Yes, I was looking for a straw without the spill proof valve…this is because my daughter was having such a hard time drinking out of a typical spill proof valve straw where the child has to bite the straw and drink at the same time. She would get sips but not actually drink. This cup was a game changer for getting my baby/toddler to drink milk/water. Sure it spills if they toss it, but 9 out of 10 times she drinks her beverage within a few minutes without even putting the cup down and we were done. Totally worth the occasional spill! Also on the plus side, is this is a USA, small business!

I, along with many of you, read the reviews before buying this cup for my two toddlers and was pretty hesitant about buying the cups. We've been through so many cups that simply did not work, mainly due to the fact that it was almost impossible to take a sip out of them. When you're having a hard time sucking liquid out of the cup, there's definitely a defect in the product. Almost all of the cups we've bought are now bathtub toys that are used to pour water in and out of.What intrigued me about this cup was it's claim to make it easy for the infant to use. And I have to say, it definitely does exactly that. My 2 year old LOVED the cup. She's not much of a drinker but keeps asking for more just so that she could use the cup. My one year old, who is just learning to sip also is able to use this cup. The stories of the spills are definitely true and my one year old, left alone, will turn the thing over and make a nice puddle for him to play with. But again, I can live with that. Plus, with the lid closed, the cup is spill proof, which is vital for traveling. And that works really well for us. If you're looking for a completely spill proof cup that also has a straw that is easy to sip, let me know, cause I have yet to find one. This one will do just fine until then.

This is by far our favorite cup we’ve tried for my daughter. It’s cute and easier to clean than a lot of other weighted cups. It’s so easy to take the straw apart and clean. The straw isn’t so tiny that it’s impossible to clean either like other brands. My daughter seems to like this cup best. We personally haven’t had issues with leaking like other have mentioned. So it’s been perfect for us. Wish it was a little cheaper, but it’s worth the extra cost for a quality cup for us.
