Same as in pictures. Smells good with herbs. I heat and put it on my neck, it’s so nice.

I used it for a month, it’s not as wide and big or filled like the picture. After a month the inside came out and it burned in the mircowave.

The size not covering the trapezius muscle it’s only on shoulders, not like the photo shows the size, and when I tried to apply for return it wasn’t an option in Amazon!!!! So the product wasn’t as I ordered looks or sizes!

This neck warmer smells absolutely dreadful. It's very soft and comfortable but the smell is intolerable

This product is terrible.. everytime you put it in the microwave, the stuffing burns! I had to throw it out

Its super amazing product for frozen shoulder pain. Just microwave for 3 min and it can be used for 1 hour. It releases mussel pain instant.

It is heavy, which makes the muscles relax and smells nice. I min in microwave makes it nice and warm. Relaxes the muscles nicely.
