To contain my protein powder whenever I hit to gym.

These are awesome! I would definitely say these are big enough for at least 1 large scoop of protein powder. They are way too big for my BCAAs though, so I'm going to get the small ones. These are great for the gym to add more BCAAs and another for when I have to go to work right after and put the protein powder in for lunch. I haven't had them long, but them seem sturdy. Just to be safe, I won't be shoving them in bags, but keeping them clipped on the outside of my bag.

I’ve been using mine for a few days now and really enjoy them. The grip bumps on the caps are comfortable and make opening and closing super easy even if it gets wet. It comfortably holds a full scoop of my protein powder, so if you’re a 2 scoop kinda person, this is not big enough.

These are perfect for in the go and so easy to use. They fit inside a standard shaker bottle or could clip onto your gym bag. Never lose out of gains again!

These are greT they hold a scoop which is all I need . I wish the packaging would state if it was dishwasher safe. I love not making a mess filling or emptying the holder. However I thought it was a bit silly I received 4 holders but only 1 clip. The clip is perfect for back packsor gym bags. Now if you all could include more of those I’d probably give 5 stars.
