This powder is an excellent source of creatine. The container arrived fully sealed and well packaged. It has no taste, so you can add it to any drink. I like to add it to my water with my electrolytes. It mixes very easily. Creatine helps with energy and muscle recovery. I just started taking it 3 months ago. I thought I only needed to take it on workout days, but I’ve since learned that it’s more effective when taken everyday. The powder is more cost effective than creatine gummies. With 90 servings per container, this creatine powder is a good option to provide your daily creatine supplement.
