Purchased it October 2024 and it stopped working a few months later. It turns on for 30 seconds and then shuts off. I have tried the troubleshoot recommendations on this page but nothing works. Amazon or the company should make it easy to get to customer help after the troubleshoot fails to work but that is non existing.

Really love this hat, I am only giving 3 stars because the hat quit working almost exactly 1 year after purchasing which is coincidentally when the warranty expires, I think for the price, I would expect it to work for a longer period of time. It does work, my husband and I both used it for a year and saw results within a few weeks. My hairdresser asked what I was using, she was shocked. My husband and I are in our 50's and 60's and hair definitely gets thinner as we age.

This product was sent from an unauthorized Hairmax dealer. My product broke after 3 months (past the return time) and neither Hairmax or Amazon will do anything to help with the situation. I understand Hairmax since they have nothing to do with the supposed manufacturer which , turns out, is Marquee Hospitality and has nothing to do with this electric product. I rely on Amazon to back their sales and am a valued customer . I am happy to return this piece of junk product or I should at least receive a refund for this scam purchase initiated by supposedly reputable Amazon. Waiting for a response from Amazon.
