This Tri-zone AC / Heat Pump will cool, heat and dehumidify three individual spaces each with its own temperature control. Depending on what indoor unit configuration is chosen, (9000 - 12000 - 18000 - 24000 BTU), each air handler can cool or heat a space of 400, 600, 900 or 1200 square feet. Total coverage area is 1200 square feet for a 9k + 9k + 9kconfiguration all the way up to 3000 square feet for a 24k + 18k + 18k option. The variable speed Inverter DC compressor provides the advantages of ultra-energy efficient operation which results in lower utility costs. This new technology also allows system to heat in outdoor temps down to 4F. This unit is perfect for homeowners and businesses who don't want to settle for the inefficiency, insecurity and loud noise generated by window or wall units while matching the effectiveness of central air without the need for ductwork. Ductless units are a great solution for new constructions, room add-ons or replacing outdated central systems.

Buyer Beware.
Product received and installed and did not work. Buyer beware. Fraud. Selling faulty units verified by an outside HvAc company who says mother board is damaged.

HELP
ActuAlly hoping to reach out to Marshall, the installer from Lexington. I'm in Cincinnati and can't seem to find a qualified installer. Also, can someone explain why a quad zone says that it cools/heats 3 areas? I want to purchase and its all quite confusing. Any suggestions would be helpful. Also , would it be user friendly as a DIY project ?

Im a contractor who installed one of these units for a local customer here in Lexington, Kentucky 5 months ago. I don’t know if she bought it from Amazon but found this listing when trying to source one for myself as my customer is very happy with its operation. Ive installed many of these in my carreer and this brand is one of the best I’ve seen for a few reasons. First, its rare to find these multihead splits with such high energy efficiency values. I don’t think Ive ever seen 3 head units that are energy star. Definitely worth extra cost. Unit looks great…very sleek with a nice display and can not believe how quiet indoor unit is. We have a 1.5 head mounted in living room and couldn’t even tell is was on.I was going to give 4 stars as package did not come with electrical wire as some of these packages do but as far as system, I’d give it an A+ Will by buying one for myself soon.
