Great ginger flavor. Spicy and sweet.

My mother is using these during her chemo treatments. Someone suggested these so I bought her a big bag. It's a hit and she loves them. Settles her tummy, takes away nasty taste of chemo, and such.

These ginger crystals were fresh and just what I expected. I use these in my Everbowl fruit bowls. I also drop one in my tea or juice. Sometimes I just chew one to get that ginger flavor. I will be reordering these.
