Fit perfectly
Not sure about the durability since it's only been installed a couple of days, but appears to be good. I was glad to see the spring inside the handle was already (didn't really show that in the pics on the page) installed and the part was ready to install. No problems.

Color is off and original screw cover doesn’t fit
My son’s 2003 Camry has a 2 toned interior with a taupe color on top and a lighter beige on The bottom. The original door handle color is taupe. The color of this handle is the lighter beige. It still looks ok, but if you’re only planning on changing one, it will not match the others. Also the handle and lock are glossy. The original is matte and slightly textured. The biggest issue is with the screw cover. This item doesn’t come with one, so you will need to use the original. Unfortunately it does not fit well. In order to get it to fit I had to break off one of the clips and then use some silicone adhesive to get it to stick. Hopefully it will not come loose. Otherwise the mechanism is as solid or better than the original and everything functions as it should.
