Solid pan. Not super heavy and it’s smooth cooking.
Love this pan! I’ve had it for about 6 months now, give or take. I use silicone utensils so there is no scratching. So I can’t comment on that aspect. It’s definitely worth the money. It’s sturdy but not tooo heavy. If I heat it up on medium first and then cook eggs and they don’t stick. Everything came packaged nicely and the lid fits nicely.

Best you can get
These are the best and I tried them all, food don't stick, they're easy to clean, they're durable and heat evenly. You want the best pan here it is, get you one. I had my first one over a year and it still looks like new no warp ,no high place in the middle like other pans that can't take the heat.

Nice, Cleans Up Easily
This is a nice, large pan, so I can cook for my family and one pan. It cleans up nice as well, and a safe to put in the oven.

Great pan, however…
This pan is perfect size and depth. One complaint, the long handle stays cool BUT the short handle gets very hot. If you need to move a full pan off burner, you need a pot holder. Why not use the same metal for both?

Versatile pan
I keep this pan on my stove top because I use it often for meal preparation. It is truly a non-stick product. It is high quality, evenly heats and is heavier than others I've used in the past. Clean up is a breeze.

Very nice! Versatile!
It's a very nice pan. The comfortable grip makes it easy to cook with, the handle is good-quality, it is a good value, the lid makes it good for many different things, and it fits with my other pans!

It was My Dream Pan at first
This has become my favorite pan. There are four people in my house and all of us have big appetites. This pan allows me to cook everything at the same time, instead of having to cook in turns. I can use this pan in the oven for casseroles. On the stove top, it works like a dream. It evenly distributes the heat so that I don’t have to keep everything in the center in order for it to cook. When it comes time to cleaning, it will fit across my sink from handle to handle making it easy to scrub down if needed and it cleans up as if it’s brand new again. I’ve had this pan for a while now, so it’s proven to be durable; however it’s much lighter than my Calphon pans. It has a reasonable price tag and it comes with its own lid. You can’t ask for a better pan. I highly recommend it.***Addition 7 months later-Well, I must admit, I'm a little disappointed now. As you read above, I was so excited to get this pan, but after 7 months of hot and heavy cooking, it is no longer reliable to cook evenly across the pan. Perhaps I've just burned too food or used too much head, but the middle of my pan has warped. Rather than sitting flat on the stove eye, there is a raised mound in the middle of the pan. Pancakes are no longer round, but cling to the outer ring of the pan. The middle of my pan (cooking side) has turned a nice shade of brown. Like I said, I don't know if it's the pan's fault or my own. I tend to blame myself; however the bottom line is this...I need to remove some stars and my recommendation. Assuming that I'm partly at fault, I will just remove two stars.

Truly non-stick and very easy to clean
The title speaks for itself. I have cooked many dishes that normally I would expect to have a difficult cleaning experience. On one occasion, I forgot to lower the heat while cooking a special dish. When I realized my error, I was certain I would have food stuck solid to the pan. The sauce was slightly clinging to the pan but I was able to stir it into the mixture with no effort required. The dishes that I prepared tasted as good as the ones that I previously prepared. I have not tried to use metal utensils on this pan. Therefore, I cannot attest to the pan's durability when using metal utensils. Having said that, I already have plastic and wooden utensils. So, why take a chance with metal ones? I have many friends who have bought other brands of non-stick pots and pans that are supposed to be metal-friendly. None lived up to the manufacturers' claims.
