Q: is the connection bracket metal or plastic?

Plastic washer inside the cradle is unique and flimsy. Have had several break and I can't get a straight answer on how or where to get a replacement without buying an entire new cradle. Have Jerry rigged it several times but this is a huge flaw.

Q: Does this have a removable water flow restrictor? If so,is it easy to remove?

Nice assortment of answers. My recent purchase did not include instructions for removing the flow restrictor, though the one I had purchased a few years ago did. I was able to find a video to refresh me online quite easily. Makes a big difference in shower pressure. Was glad the first time the instructions were included, or I would never have though the remove the darned thing.

Q: For one of the order, I see a leak from the shower mount. Rest of the shower seem to be working. Is it possible to get a replacement shower mount?
