Expired and not edible
Even if you wanted to eat it past the expiration date- they’re rock hard. I originally purchased in a grocery store and they were a nice chew- even the flavor. But not I won’t purchase from Amazon or online because it’s a waste of time.

Not Instant but Effective
These are not instant, but after a week or so of daily use I found my mood improving. These are also not instantly chewable--you need to let them sit in your mouth about twenty seconds before you can chew them. Flavor (berry) is quite nice and the container is convenient. Docking a star as I find the price a bit high and wish there were 30 in a tin instead of 20.UPDATE (March 2025): Recently ordered a new batch and noticed that these are now proper chews--no longer need to let it soften. Certainly an improvement.

Not good tasting.
These were as hard as a rock and tasted awful. I gave them plenty of time (uses) and I never noticed any benefit. I will not buy them again.

These gummies are truly amazing! To be honest, I was skeptical as I have tried many things that claim to mellow or balance my mood. These gummies delivered!The taste is not aggressive and are pleasant to take. I enjoy popping one to chew in the morning before I instruct my classes! I received my mood chews today, and they were old and hard as a rock. I am very disappointed as I won’t be consuming these. A waste of money. I was looking forward to trying this flavor. These chews really help with my anxiety.
