Been taking two a night for almost a year and helps with digestion.

I take 5 pills, 3 times a day with plenty of water. My poops went from sludge to clean sweeps. Highly recommended, get it (or the bulk version). Notes/comments: 1. Check your grocery store first, I am able to get this (and the 12oz bulk stuff) for about s.i.x. bucks each. 2. If you don't notice a difference, you probably aren't taking enough. I started with about 3 pills 2x a day...unremarkable. Upped it to 5x3 and there was a significant improvement. I may need to take one or two more pills per dose, but I am going to switch to the bulk stuff given how much I need to take. 3. The nutrition info says there are 2.2 grams of fiber per serving of 4 pills. The typical adult supposedly needs 14 grams of fiber per 1000 calories, yet we typically only eat 15 grams of fiber a day! That's a deficit of at least 13 grams, or 24 pills (2000 calorie diet)! Nevertheless, this is great stuff and it's cheap enough to warrant giving it a shot. That's what I did, and I don't regret it one bit!

This fiber works well for me. I tried the same brand with a mixture of fibers (not just psyllium) and had bad experience.

I take these daily. not quite as good as the powder to drink but the ease of taking it makes up for that. I started at 2 per day and now have worked up to 4 per day. Like all fiber supplements, ease into it or you will have some negatives like gas and loose stool. Once your body adjusts to the fiber level though these go down significantly. It takes a month or so per pill per day to adjust in my experience.
