These really do work, i did a bunch of research on them and found that once I started taking them, my recall improved greatly as well as my ability to focus. I have learned that there are many types of these and this is more mild and "entry level" and there appears to be more aggressive ones out there. I figured I would start on this and if i liked the results, move up, which i think I might. I have a demanding job and being in my 50's now, recall is not anywhere near it use to be. I have not had any side affects I can tell using these. I would recommend if you need to focus and remember things.

I was recently diagnosed (as an adult) with ADD...Apparently, I've had this disorder my whole life but never realized it. After being diagnosed, I opted NOT to take prescription medication for various reasons, but mostly because I don't like being on a daily regimen of medication and I don't like the side effects. So, when I had to opportunity to try this all natural solution, I took it. This supplement does help me to stay focused and stay on task which are my two largest hindrances of getting anything accomplished. It did not leave me any side effects and it also helped me to remember things better and I rested better as well. I will continue taking this medication. Absolutely amazing! I am a student in college and have ADHD and I have trouble focusing. I saw this stuff and was thrilled about the idea, so I bought it and started taking it and I have been able to focus on studying for tests more than I previously had. If you are a student, this stuff is for you. I will make you more focused and interested in whatever it is you're learning about!

Yes! I really love these vitamins. They tend to give me the energy I need when I hit a low point during the end of the day. I love that they include so so many nutrients! All so very good for a healthy brain and body. Yes, I will buy these again when I run out.
