I love Perel's Spicy Pecan Vinegar. We love the nutty flavor it gives a basic oil and vinegar salad dressing.

Amazing stuff. Every time I make anything with this, literally anything, I get raves. I cannot explain how delicious it is. It's subtle and delicious in salads, on fish.(in drinks and on desserts...I'm not kidding).
