Prestige 6 in 1 mandolin Slicer + Prestige Nylon Skim Drainer

This had no clear instructions (only what is on the box) so was a bit difficult trying to figure how and where the blades go and slide in to store etc, I tend to store item in their boxes and I have no idea how they got the food holder in the box in the first place.I’m not a huge fan of the food holder (but then none of those holders seem to work too well) but it is clever in design as you get closer to the end of item you slicing the groves on it slides to fit the unit which is clever.Blades are VERY SHARP so please do not let children work with this item, and be mindful yourself. I haven’t quite figured out the julienne slicer bit due to lack of more concise instructions, when I use it I kinda get little stubby (could also be user error) bits instead of long ones.It is very compact and made of sturdy material (both container and blades) works well, when slicing cucumber etc the unit doesn’t have a rim around so the juice of said item will go all over the counter, I now put a towel underneath.Other than those things I am quite happy how it works on produce thus far.

Good, butthe thichness options are limited(1.5,3,6 mm),Not fulfilling my requirement to slice onion. Either it is too thin or thick.
