Is it hard to breath?

Can I mold it still ?

Greetings, Thanks for checking out an item we offer within our Amazon store. These are not meant to be molded, as the braces mouth guards are made of a softer material that can adjust to the changes in the teeth that braces do over time. Having said that you could mold it if you wanted to, but you would want to remold it again after a period of time as the teeth move because of the braces doing what they are supposed to do. My mouth guard doesn’t fit, is it possible to return the Adult one and go for like a smaller one?

NO! You can't return something that you put in your mouth.

how do you know what size your buying? I need the adult one.
