Nice laptop
Using it so far no problems we faced. Condition was nice only the keypad fugures are faded. Battery is good.

Battery problem
Laptop almost good that is working properly .but battery not good. First Laptop working 60 minutes and after laptop suddenly going 80% to 05% and 1 minut After going shutdown .tell me what is problem.

Faulty Charger
I have had a terrible experience with this seller!! I ordered the laptop recently, and now it’s not even charging! Upon launching a complain about it and communicating with the seller, he/she informed me of a replacement and issued me with a number. Upon calling the number not even a single response on call and via text messages!Pleeease buyers avoid this one at all costs or else you will get super frustrated.I was even blocked on the WhatsApp number provided after writing a message about the faulty product. Now I don’t have trust on Amazon and it’s all sellers!

Perfect
these guys are doing a really good job. this is my second device I get from them. both were perfect. they just need to mention that outer appearance was taken care of to remove all dents and scratches. otherwise people will think that painwork is scam.you're basically buying a 2 years old corporate machine that was designed to serve for 10 years. and just paying 15-20% of the brand new one. if you're not into 3D graphical or Gaming. this will be a very good selection.

everything good but battery backup problems
My name is saydul islamcustomer feedback..I try to take your laptop... because laptop condition like new... thank you for distributor...but one thing is problem laptop battery backup backup....I try to 5 times charge and check the laptop.. only 40 -50 minute after automatically shutdown loptop battery backup not good... full charge only 5 minute... Like that.. please after I odar provide good laptop...you read my text please after I same order for you you give me good laptop same like this and good battery backup and keyboard not light working for the night please.. Check then provide customer I think better...Thanks
