I was really surprised, that it took most of the sharp pain away in a protruding disc in my back. I had to take about 5 polls, then 2 more when it wore off. It worked for my sister's fibro and foot pain & for her husband's neck & back pain, both from discs. I'm impressed! Used with Ibuprofen, the pain relief was complete. Make sure it's the ARTHRITIS FORMULA!!! The regular one is for bruising or acute trauma. This is for chronic pain. Thanks Boiron!

This worked very well on my arthritis in my left shoulder, left knee, right knee, and right shoulder. I had my doubts as I have tried many things but it does work!

Didn't help my fibromyalgia pain even a little bit. I was hoping it'd take the edge off at least a little bit, but it did not.

This doesn't work as well as I had hoped. For a mild flare-up it was fine, but when I get stiff and sore in all my joints, it just doesn't seem to be strong enough.
