Very easy to use
I tried using sheep intestine casing from my local butcher. Broke my heart trying to get it on the funnel. This hog casing comes on a v-shaped plastic holder that you put over the funnel and just slide on what you need. Very strong and never tore or burst. I over stuffed the casing in a couple of spots but when I was twisting it to form the sausages it never burst. Brilliant product.
