Q: is it sized for men or women ??

I would say it could fit men or women - as long as the woman is not too petite. My 5’3” wife tried on mine, and she could adjust it to fit her. She didn’t like it at all because it left her hair wet.

Q: Do you wet the bill as well? When I wet the bill on mine it drips water. Maybe not wringing out enough?

I don’t worry if the bill gets a little wet, but I don’t deliberately wet it. I just wet the cap well, ring it out, and then shake it several times. The cap looks nice and I do wear it, but I’m still not convinced it is any cooler than any other non-wetted cap I own.

Q: Does this hat discolor/stain from sweat? I’m looking for something I can just rinse off after running that won’t get trashed like most cloth hats do

It depends on how often you wear the hat and the weather conditions. The hotter it is, the more you might see discoloration from your sweat pores that accumulate on the inside of the cap. It is like any other hat or cap you wear, the more you wear it, the more it is likely to see discoloration and wear and tear.

Q: Is there any structure to the top front area of this hat?

I got the white color and I think it has slightly more structure in the front then your average baseball cap.
