Poor quality
Will not stay down when received tec worked on it worked one day now still will not stay down fan is very loud poor quality for 1,000.00 dollars would not purchase this again!!

Hard to install unless you prepared and you have people that know what they’re doing
Had trouble installing it due to the fact that it was completely downdraft not a side draft contractor did a great job. The unit works wonderful.

Terrific piece of equipment
This exhaust system works exceptionally well. I ordered it to replace a similar old model, and we've been very pleased with it. Installation required help from a local technician. The noise level when in operation depends on how high you set the adjustable fan speed.

Destroyed on delivery.
Never seen a product delivery like this. Box was destroyed. Styrofoam protecting the device destroyed product has damage. Missing parts. Trying to Return and seems like a hassle. Not sure how to ship this back. Complete waste of time and money.

Lasts about 7 years
Installed this as it was the only unit that would fit a replacement. Worked well the first 3-4 years then started to act wonky...go up and down by itself, will not stay up/stay down. No matter what adjustments I make, it had a mind of its own. Fan works great, but looks like it died and I will have to replace it. Another 800 bucks...

My contractor and husband said it wouldn't work........guess what they were wrong!!!!!!!!
This product is perfect for my needs. I didn't want the look of a huge clunky hood above my big beautiful island. This does the job, it is a bit loud, but nothing too bad. It sucks the steam and odors in just fine. I have had it for more than a year and I couldn't live without it.
