Does not come with mount
Couldn't tell you how it works. It did not come with the bracket needed. Neither did my Napoleon grill. Can't find one anywhere. It's no better to me than a very awkwardly shaped paper weight

I HAD TO MODIFY IT
I bought it to put on my weber gas grill...after making a new bracket for it,,it works great....highly recommended but its a little pricy.

The quality is awesome
It’s very easy to pull on one side unintentionally so always check if it’s turns. Otherwise it’s pretty okay for us specially when we try the chicken, turkey and pork. We gonna try duck next time.
