The product is great! My only gripe with it is that the handle that slots into the main body keeps disengaging, as there's nothing to keep it in place, so I have to be a bit careful as pulling too hard disconnects the handle from the body. Another concern was with the seller; the box had already been opened, then taped closed, and all the items were packed haphazardly. I've bought items from black and decker before, so I know how they're usually packed. Everything was new and unused, however, it felt used to me just because of the way it was packaged.
