Is this a real Braun Epilator?
I'm really very disappointed to use this item for the first time. As a new product the Epilator motor is not satisfactory and the Micro-grip Technology is not working as expected.I'm quite confused, is this an actual Braun? If this is quality of Braun then I have nothing to say. Cause I have been using another Epilator for las 15 years and which is not a brand but its working better than the new one! Now a days the motor power is less strong so that I wanted to buy a new product. I wish I can return my Braun Silk-épil Beauty Set 7 7-885 and refund my money.
