Excellent book for anybody wanting to try vegan keto. Animal proteins are linked to cancer, so conventional keto can be dangerous in the long run. Tried a few recipes already and all came out tasty! Enjoy!

I’ve tried two recipes so far (keto bagels and Thai broccoli and cauliflower soup) and was very pleased with the results. Both recipes came together quickly. I was surprised at how easy and fast the bagels were to make and they were very good. The soup was amazing.

The book is perfektly composed and I found lots of tasty and easy recipes.The only thing I encorporated in my diet that is not in this book are Coconut Milk-Protein-Fat Shakes with variations of Vanilla, Lime, Mint, Watermelon, Strawberry aso. obviously only a few grams of fruits.

Prima kookboek. Niet alle ingredienten zijn in Nederland verkrijgbaar. Verder heldere recepten met mooie foto's. Miste alleen wat pompoen curry recepten. Het bevat dan wel weer een aantal tofu recepten, waar ik blij mee ben.
