This light it worth it!
I take this light camping, both canoe trips and car camping. It is light weight, gives off great light, and charges quite well in the sun. I took it for a week canoe trip and the charge lasted, with a mix of charging in the sun. I also was able to charge my phone with it. People are always shocked when I tell them how much I paid!

The solar charging doesn’t seem to woek
This lantern throws a lot of light! This weekend was my first time using it while camping. I charged it with an outlet and needed to recharge today so thought I’d use solar. The solar charge didn’t work well. My lantern stayed on for about 15 minutes and died. It was in direct sunlight for at least 10 hours today. Right now I’ve got it plugged into a battery bank. The reason I bought it was for the solar recharging so I’m pretty disappointed that it doesn’t seem to work. Otherwise it’s really a neat, portable lantern.****update*** The company reached out to me regarding my lantern issues. It seems that I got a defective one. They replaced it and the new one charges and runs perfectly. Their customer service is excellent, rare these days! I’m happy I gave it another chance. These lanterns are super portable and bright! I updated my rating to 5 stars.

Must-have item!
The LuminAID 2-in-1 Solar Camping Lantern and Phone Charger is a product I didn't realize I needed! It's the first thing I reach for during power outages, the LED lights are plenty bright and it charged my phone with no issues. Its compact and lightweight design makes it perfect for outdoor use and walking in the dark. The fact it can also strobe-light makes it great to have in the car in case of emergency. I'm buying to buy a third lantern so that everyone in my family can have one by their bed in case of power outages. This lantern is a reliable and versatile solution that combines functionality and peace of mind in critical situations.
