Some Interesting Points
I felt this book had some interesting points and liked the fact all the studies are referenced. But I always feel I am being sold something with this author. Starts off interesting but then descends into a pitch for his Bullet Proof Coffee, which isn't necessarily bad. But it isn't an elixir for health, youth and vitality.Also, the book wavers from a longevity and health hack to ultimately a weight loss guide by reducing carbs. Nothing revolutionary.

Maybe buy the Kindle version
I bought the hardbound copy as I thought I would be using it a lot as a reference and might highlight certain bits and make notes in the margin. Unfortunately it's a small book in size with paper that looks and feels like recycled photo copier or fax paper. The text is too small and there is a bizarre choice of black boxes with white fonts for comments that makes it a difficult read. The actual writing could have used a good editor as there's a lot of repeated gossip. It could have been half the size and a lot more straight forward. Maybe he did not write this one?

This book covers interesting and slightly unusual ground. Recommended for those who are interested in radically altering their diet and lifestyle. NOT for those who lack discipline and are looking for an easy & effortless way to lose the pounds !

Excellent book, thorough
Excellent book, thorough, full of information and well researched. Based on a paleo diet, but with key differences. A few basic recipes to get you started too. Worth a read if you want to seriously "upgrade" the quality of your diet; also covers weight loss/gain.
