Missing wax strips!!
I received the box with 10 wax strips instead of 20 with a damaged box!!!! And there is no return or exchange for this product i don’t know why!!!

Why I am not received my item fully packed.
Items received were torn off, written 20 strips but received only 10. Item delivered in big box with my other items and when I open the box, strips already out of there packet.
