Just what I needed

way too big
I got this for my Doctor Who obsessed adult kid and its way too big. She is 5'11 and could still fit the fez down over her eyes, its hard to keep propped on a head as it keeps slipping. All in all, it's now sitting on her dresser as a decoration and will not be worn.
