Poor quality cord
I got it 2 month ago, I already used 3 of then, the cord snapped so easy after 10 days of use, I almost loose my card 2 times because that.if you looking for heavy duty, I do not recommend this product

It breaks after some time too but so far the most sturdy of the retractable ID holders i have tried. The weight makes it feel premium.
