I'd say this product is a joke. It's basically cheap oxide with a splash of the 3 other forms....no wonder it's so inexpensive! Can you open them and put in yogurt or something?

For us as sellers, and users too, the taste is very acceptable addition to juices, shakes & salads (among others). At our company, our belief is that unless instructed otherwise, employees are suggested to take their supplements in powder (out of the capsule) when & if possible
