I like most of the recipes. Review: I saw this book in San Fran, California; and I fell in love with it. I've waited a whole year in hopes that it would go on sale, but it rarely goes on sale. I finally bought the item and it shows step by step of how to create amazing recipes. I love this book and how heavy and solid it feels. I however did return the item because the recipes were too basic and wasn't worth the price I purchased it for, but if I had extra money to waste then I would buy it again.

Brilliantly clear... Photography, recipes, explanations. Already received great compliments from first recipe tried. Recommended.

Great book. Beautiful, practical and beginner-friendly without dumbing things down. I am a guy who can't cook for s*it and this allowed me to make very enjoyable meals using ingredients that don't cost as much as a small house.
