excellent product. we are using GIGASET for over 10 years now!. No much improvements on their design though.

Extremely Poor Audio Quality
Extremely poor audio quality and one is unable to hear the other party clearly. The phone suddenly stops operating midway through a conversation. Had high expectations of the phone based on past experience, but quality has deteriorated steeply.
