Love it !!
Love this device, as it does a really good job getting rid of food particles in hard to reach places. I hate flossing and this is just as good. So far so good and working well, but only had it for a month. Very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend.

Not battery powered
Rating is for the inaccurate product description on the page and not for the actual product. The product has to be powered via an electric outlet. The description states power source as "battery powered" which is incorrect. We bought it believing it to be a rechargeable battery based on the description. However, it has to be plugged in, rendering it useless for us. Hence returning the item without opening the packet.

Broken - can’t get support
Broke after one month. It’s impossible to get support or return through Amazon.

Strong Pressure but load and finally it broke down
Loved the product and used it until it broke down after 11 months. Luckily, it was under warranty and amazon refunded the amount as it was bought from them. I liked the strong water pressure but it was very load and suddenly one day while I was not using it a heard a load bang in the bathroom than it stopped working completely

I use the anti plaque thin brush most of the time, occasionally the full tooth brush tip. Both are good & i find them more effective than the plain thin tip. Overall a good machine.
