Easy to make
I'm a Pakistani living in the UAE, and finding good rasmalai is very difficult. This is the first time I've tried Haldirams Rasmalai, and I just love it. There are a few things to keep in mind which I'd like to share. 1. Read the tin. The instructions are there. Take out the balls from the syrup and immerse them in lukewarm water for 15 minutes. 2. Bring milk to boil and add rainbow cardamom milk 1 tin to it. Do not add sugar. 3. Take a bowl, take out the balls and squeeze water out of them and place them in the bowl. Pour the boiled milk into the bowl so the rasmalai balls are immersed in milk. 4. Let it cool for 10 minutes. Garnish pistachio. Place the bowl in the fridge and let it stay there for 1 full day (not just overnight, but for 24hours). 5. These haldiram rasmalai recipe tastes BEST the next day. If you have them the same day, they'll taste like rubber. Take care.
