Do not buy
I bought 60 capsules . And couldn’t use even one. They arrived all stuck together at the bottom of the jar. I tried YouTubing how to “unstick “ gel capsules - it says put them in the fridge for a couple of hours and shake well. I let them sit in the fridge for 24 hours and still nothing. I shook i banged against the table. Nothing. I tried using a knife to get to to loosen but they’re so tight nothing works . This item is non refundable . So I need to throw them out and visit my local pharmacy to buy another bottle . Really disappointed I wasted my time efforts and money for nothing.
