I don't know how "organic" would apply in a product like this. I'm not aware of any "inorganic" source for garlic. If you mean that herbicides or pesticides might have been used, that I don't know. I think the manufacturer might no even know. But I don't worry about things like that.

Q: is the garlic grown in the USA

You'd think so, but I can't answer that one! Not something that I, personally, would worry about.

Q: What color are your now garlic tablets? (mine were off white and speckled - should i return them)

Mine were the same. I think color variability would suggest a more natural product. Off white and speckled can include variations.

Q: Anyone have any idea how many calories per serving? Wanted to know for fasting purposes.

????? No idea. I doubt there are any calories if there are there couldn't be many the pill is tiny.
