I bought a bottle of this to help me eat less at meal time and curb my snacking instincts. I've noticed that since starting my poops are large and of a pleasing consistency. While I find I'm still hungry a lot of the time, it is helping me to eat smaller meals. It doesn't seem to help me with the desire to snack, but the smaller meals and the good poops are definitely worth the price.If you're trying to lose weight, this isn't a substitute for willpower.
