would this work with dry skin?

Maybe. I have combination skin and I couldn't use it. At the beginning it is fantastic, but later it closed and enlarged my pores. But maybe it is my skin, don't know others...

Is this considered 'full coverage' makeup?

I'm not sure if it's really considered "full coverage"....but I love this stuff!! I live in Belgium where the water and air are harsh on your skin and this seems to be the best foundation when you're on a make up budget. It's not cakey or thick feeling. It covers well for me and lasts pretty much all day into the night. You don't have to use a big glob of it either. i feel it covers enough of my imperfections that I'm happy with it. It wouldn't cover acne scars etc flawlessly but it works great.
