Great product terrible customer care.
Great product terrible experience. I have purchased nearly every product chemical guys has and promoted their products through my business. I ran into trouble with the orange pad which unfortunately is my most used pad, it had arrived with a tear in it which I didn't notice until I started using it the first time. I reached out to chemical guys to hopefully resolve the issue and never even received a response back. I sent multiple emails with pictures and it opened my eyes to the fact that chemical guys doesn't work for the detailers anymore they became mainstream and now are about profit and profit only. Unfortunately I don't like business ethics like that so will probably be moving to mezernas and 3d product lines.

Good for DIY homeowners not for professional use
I love the chemical guys in fact i use all there products for my detailing business however these pads and this gos for all of them (orange,white,blue...etc) are very disappointing when it comes to results and the product just holding up both of the pads (orange cutting pad and blue finishing pad) only made it through 2 cars that's it i have pads in my DA box that have been in use for more than a year and are still holding up great. if you are a DIY home owner and are only going to use these pads once or twice a year to do basic correction or polishing on your car you will be ok. however over all when it comes to any form of multistage correction work these pad perform poorly and fall apart very quickly you might not make it through one car before they disintegrate on you. using their V line (V32,V34,V36,V37) this is a time consuming nightmare there are many other professional brands out there i would recommend before buying this Product line for Polish and coreccin work. i want to be clear chemical guys is a AAA brand in my book however i just think they need to stick with what they do best and that's high end chemical manufacturing and not hardware.

Falls apart after 3 panels. Will not purchase again.
The hexlogic pad blew apart after polishing 3 panels of a small sedan. No pressure was being used, just allowing the porter cable DA polisher (recommended by chemical guys) do the work. Sadly, I have a full set of hexlogic pads that, I'm sure, will let me down.

Working well so far
So far so good. I thought two came with the order, but I realize it’s jusy showing the back side in the photo and that’s what I get for ordering it at 3:30 am. My bad. I’ve gotten through about 60% of my car. The pad isn’t as stiff as it was and there’s a little bit of foam missing which is probably from my cars weird pointy door jam spot. I know having more than one pad is ideal, but I did the worst parts of the car first and the rest is basically just a sweep to revive the paint...since my car has been kept pretty decent for the last 3 years, there weren’t that many swirls to remove. As for scratches ... The combination I chose removed about 80% of the light scratches. I can tell the pad is starting to break down though by looking at it sideways it seems to be losing its density, which I was hoping it would last for more than one car, but it is what it is. First time using a DA (myself) on my car and it’s going smoothly with this pad and after testing it, I got it down and I’m not so afraid as I once was thinking I would rip the paint off the car... especially with black paint. This pad seems to be forgiving and on a safer side just in case, so, no complaints for deciding to try this after my research. I’m happy it hasn’t exploded or anything like others have shown and I believe it will make it to finish off the roof. After the prep process, I used a harbor frieght DA, Meguiars 5” backing plate, chemical guys swirl and scratch remover and 5.5” orange cutting pad. Speed setting 5. So far, chemical guys brand is working well for my learning process and I feel it was a safe choice to experiment with.

Awesome pad!
Used this to compound the paint on my 07 4Runner. Almost 200k miles but the paint looks amazing after I compounded with this (and McGuires Compounding polish) and then finished with a white pad (McGuires polish) and finally carnuba turtle wax. Washed it out 3x during the whole detail, car looks amazing and the pictures don't do it justice!
