One Lighthouse, One Moon Paperback – Picture Book, April 16, 2002

There are so may things about this book that I love. The illustrations are simply beautiful. I used to read this to my daughter when she was younger, and we not only enjoyed the pictures and text, but we enjoyed using it as a tool for finding patterns, asking questions about what was happening in the pictures, counting items, etc. Though it's probably best for ages 2+, I buy a copy for any friend about to have a baby.

Adorable. Beautiful illustrations. Simple concepts for toddlers. Promotes counting, colors, days of the week, and holidays. Belongs on every well planned bookshelf.

My 6 year old has loved this book since she was two. She always liked spotting where Nini the cat was hiding and we have since gotten the other books that Nini is featured in.

My 5year old likes this story-- or more like three in one. Good story for teaching days of the week and months. I recommend this book for prekindergateners and beginning readers.

It's a car riding book and my grandson picks which section he wants read and really enjoys it.

Too flat or lacking in imagination for my taste. Nothing to discuss or remember! Not as good a writer or illustrator IMHO as her husband Arnold. However I will gift her Market book which has much visual interest.

good priced book but the printing faint and lacks a bit of colour, the pages are a bit thin, all the same a beautiful book
