Do these bleed? Or blob?

This pen does a superb job at not bleeding through when compared to liquid ink pens of a similar price range (like the uni ball vision). After testing it on standard copy paper, I found that even when writing at a snail's pace--allowing a think line to be produced--results in minimal to negligible bleeding. When pressing the pen on paper for extended period of time to produce a dot, It will bleed through at around 7 seconds (this varies depending on one's application force of course). From personal experience I have never noticed this pen blob; by blob I assume you mean an abundance of ink when you first start writing. -hope this helped

Does this pen bleed through paper?

Mariah, I have found that virtually ALL pens may bleed through paper, depending on the type of paper you use and the pressure with which you write. I started using these pens before they came out with the colors. I "hide" these pens so my Granddaughters don't "BORROW" them. I'm that selfish with them. I just wrote on simple loose leaf paper and while the ink did NOT bleed through, you can see the color of the ink on the other side. I highly recommend them, but I suggest that you try them out on a piece of scrap before using them on any project. I especially love the .5mm extra fine. It is just perfect for virtually everything.
