I'm really picky about my phone cases, and I researched carefully before I ordered this one. I purchased this a day ahead of my trip to the phone store to purchase my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. The reviews were great and the item was designated "Amazon's Choice". The day I acquired my phone I still bought a clear case (with no kickstand) by Spigen in the same phone store. I hated buying it there because the phone stores charge you an arm and a leg compared to Amazon, but I didn't want my new pricey phone to be vulnerable while waiting for my chosen case to arrive from Amazon. Well, I had a very traumatic experience trying to get that Spigen case off! It really has no flexibility anywhere and I was forced to search for YouTube videos to figure out how the heck to get it off! It turned out that the short end sides have a barely perceptible flexibility and I truly struggled to wangle it out of the "non-camera" end. Still, there are little scraped areas that only I will notice if I stare really closely- caused by trying to pull that Spigen case off. I will never, ever, put that case on my phone again! This case, however, is a dream. It stays on very securely, yet the short end areas are just flexible enough to pry it off. I believe that it has military grade properties to it because you can just feel the richness of the plastic with a certain internal shockproof ability. I actually dropped my phone in work the other day on a linoleumed floor, and my phone was unharmed. This case lets the shimmering beauty of this phone shine through. It shouldn't be covered up. The phone is already large, yet this case covers it safely but in a slimline fashion. The silver metal kickstand actually lends a classy and quite attractive touch to the phone. It's kind of like one of those bridal gowns that has a fancier back than the front! All the cut outs are exact in location to the features of this phone. It being a phablet phone, the kickstand really comes in handy. You will want to use it when you're watching videos or even while typing an email to someone when you pair one of those small bluetooth keyboards with this phone. As far as I'm concerned, this case has it all.If the manufacturer is listening, I do have one creative design suggestion. I would love this case still in its clear form, but with discreet added designs such as flowers or sparkles. If I see alternative versions of this case come out with such girly girl embellishments, I will definitely buy some other styles!

First time buying from TORRAS. Saw reviews saying their brand is pretty good stuff so I went with it. I wanted a clear case to show off the phone because I got the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra in white and also wanted a kickstand. I love how study the kickstand is and how it matches the Note 20 Ultra's camera bump or at least its close to the same color. Also, when you close the kickstand, there's a very satisfying clasp sound. It feels like its made out of aluminum.There's a lip on the camera bump to protect it from fall damage but not deep enough to where if the camera would fall onto a small pebble, it'll protect it. I also have a camera lens protector on the camera too so it makes the bump a tinnnnny bit bigger. Also has a lip on the front to protect the screen, but again, if it falls on uneven surface, the case won't do you any good but this goes for any case with majority of the screen exposed. I have a film protector on the screen and it doesn't interfere with it. Buttons on the phone are really easy to press. It comes with a case protector film applied on the outside out of the box. You're supposed to take it off but I have mine still on :PMy only gripe with the case is when using a wireless standing charger, the kickstand will make it slide off the charger because it creates a bump on the lower back of the phone. Might be worth noting that the kickstand is bigger (taller) than the camera bump.Overall, very happy with it. Makes my phone look even more beautiful. Also, TORRAS has warranty, so make sure you register. I was looking at the one star reviews and it looks like they have the regular Note 20 and not the Ultra, so that's why the case isn't fitting their phone so make sure your Note 20 is the ULTRA version before you order!

Every single case advertises itself as "super thin" or some varient of.This one actually delivers.I like my phones naked, and just can't stand slapping cheap Chinese plastic on such a magnificent miracle of modern technology. On all those hundreds of thousands of dollars of research & development, all the care and precision put into the design. And how good it feels to hold all of that in your hand.Unfortunately I'm not a madman, so I wouldn't dare take the little beauty out into the world unprotected.But often I find myself leaving this case on even after I get home, because the difference between it being on and off is pretty small. Not zero, but it blends well enough.It fits very snug.I like that it keeps the shape of the Note; the rounded sides with the flat top and bottom.Many cases I've seen blunt its natural curves, turning its shape into something more generic resembling the S series rather than the distinguished design of the Note.The kickstand seems sturdy enough and easily holds the weight of the phone. The hinge is tight and doesn't seem to snap off like Samsung's does (lol?).I haven't stress tested it, but it's a professional phone in a case made for use in a professional setting, not a child's toybox (I'd recommend an Otterbox for that).That said, I would have liked more clearance around the camera bump and the screen.The small raised lip around the camera and screen is enough to safely lay the phone down on a questionably clean surface, but even the smallest pebble would be enough to cause damage if dropped flat.This last point is just my preference, but I'd have liked if the case were matte like the Mystic Bronze color of the phone, rather than turning it glossy all over again.Overall, when coupled with a glass screen protector, it gives me peace of mind and a bit of utility without sacrificing too much on luxury.
