Elanze Designs Blue White Two Toned Ombre Matte 12 ounce Ceramic Stoneware Coffee Cup Mugs Set of 4

The otherwise-beautiful blue of the "Blue White Two Toned Ombre Matte 10 ounce Ceramic Stoneware Coffee Cup Mug Set 4" is a plastic coating, and not part of the ceramic (WTF???). Not only did it start peeling after a dishwasher run, but I found a semi-sticky residue on a bowl and part of the dishwasher rack.This is not quality or even cheap stoneware, but rather fake (and who knows what that residue is...).I strongly recommend again, would give it a -99 stars if I could, and am already going for the full refund.

The description says bone china. The labels on the bottom of the mugs say stoneware, which is not bone china, and is heavier. I was looking to get lighter weight due to my partner's problems with weakness in her hands, so these being stoneware and heavier than bone china, not good. I addition, three of the four had flaws in the finish around the bottom rim that could be problematic in the microwave. I found a set of 12 oz mugs that are actually bone china, light weight, as needed. Not this brand.

The yellow is a very bright sunny yellow and not a mustard or school bus color, just what I wanted. So hard to find true yellows, so I am very impressed. The handle is not slippery and doesn't get hot when microwaved. The coffee in them stays hot for a long time. Gave 4 of 5 stars because one mug has a minor glazing sag near the rim, but hardly noticeable. Overall the texture of the finish is smooth and even, no dimpling. The underside is nicely glazed as well. The inside glazing is marvelous.

These mugs are smaller than average (11 oz full to the brim) which is what I wanted. They are ceramic but have a nice delicate feel to them, the sipping rim is thinnish, more like china than ceramic. They perfectly match a set of china I have and I am very very pleased with them. Dishwasher safe but top rack only.

These cups are very nice quality. Good feel in your hand and heavy enough not to easily tip over. However, one had the handle broken off in delivery. That was disappointing.

The blue coloring is perfect for what I was wanting in my kitchen. They are not real thick, but I like a thinner cup for my tea. I ordered one set to see if I would like them. And I do, so I've ordered and second set.

Can get all my fingers in the handle. Hate small handled cups. Lightweight, easy to clean.

Would recommend . After using a few times in the dishwasher the paint started coming off , and every time you have coffee/ tea in this , there is. A paint smell . Only buy if you plan to hand wash your cups .

1/8 arrived chipped. Paint isn’t perfect, some drips show on the edge and are made more evident because they are matte finish. The white ombré really appears to be airbrush/spray paint and looks cheap. The white on the outside does not match the white on the inside. Not what I would have expected on bone China. They are very thin and fragile feeling. I get the sense these will chip easily even if hand washed in the sink. The quality just isn’t good. I have some beautiful China in my home from my grandmother that looks and feels more durable than this! Sadly, I will be returning these.*note* this was the first time I had to pay ($37) for shipping to return the item. Amazon reimburses up to $20 of return shipping fee but I had to pay the difference out of pocket.

These were the perfect addition to our coastal themed cottage. They were not a sturdy as I would have liked them to be, but I like the colours. They were a decent size. Hopefully they last longer than expected.

These had old price stickers on them that had to be scrubbed off with steel wool to get all the old glue and residue off. The color where the stickers were came off in splotches. Thin, cheap and better quality at the local dollar store.

Love them they fit perfect for 8oz K-cups for the kerig 😊 and such a really nice Purple 💜

Poor quality. Came chipped, and paint went off in multiple places. Not worth 30 bucks.Amazon return for US products are also not so friendly
