Good quality liner, the kind of black that would be good on anyone. Application is pretty easy and the colour transfer is immediate.

If you like the sticky consistency this would be good for you, kind of oily and sticky but gets rhe work done. I bought it mainly to complete my smokey eye look and it works fine.
