Similac Gold Palm Oil free First Infant Milk, 900 g

I have been using similac for my both babies and its really good. I have never used any other formula expect similac. However from past few days its been out of stock and i am not able to find similac anywhere in uk. Since its out of stock i had to use Aptamil and Sma but there are not as good as similac.Since similac makes baby stomach full tried other formulas but they are all waste since my baby is not able to digest easily and she has been loosing weight as well.I request to the manufacturer to please release the formala powder for our babies

My newborn loves this formula, and we tested everything from SMA to Aptamil, C&G and Hipp.I prefer the powder as I don't trust a liquid milk product that can stay a full year on a supermarket shelf, at room temp, without spoiling.Nutrition wise, there is very little difference between brands, with only minor variation in vitamins and mineral content.I have also read a review claiming this formula is fattening to babies, please let me put your mind at rest, the caloric output per 100ml, fat content and sugar is actually marginally lower than that of Hipp Organic. All formulas sold in the UK have to follow the same strict nutritional guidelines, so your purchase is really your choice and your baby's preference.Quite honestly, this formula tastes the most like breast milk to me, as opposed to many of the others' sweet milk powder flavour. My baby tasted everything else on the market and came away unsatisfied.Most babies also have gastrointestinal issues due to their immature system, though I haven't noticed any major change in mine when using Similac. She is still struggling with wind and the occasional reflux, but that is greatly alleviated by using a proper burping and feeding technique. Also the Dr. Brown bottles worked wonders for us.The fact that Similac Gold doesn't foam when shaken helps somewhat, as i feel she is taking in less air overall.

The are super suitable ,this the best for my baby

My baby was ebf from birth and around 6 weeks I wanted to combination feed, however, he would not take any brand of formula. I read about this brand on a forum where someone had suggested trying it. I’m glad I took the chance, it is the only formula that he will take! We’re down to the bottom of the tin now and he’s taking 1 x 5oz bottle on a night (along with a bf). The only thing I would say is that he’s not pooping as much as he was and his farts now stink!!

Wanted to move onto formula after exclusively breastfeeding for 9 months. Tried cow and gate and different bottles and my son kept refusing. Thought I'd try a different milk and he's taken to this straight away, no refusal, no fussing. Highly recommend after my son turning his nose up to cow and gate. Very happy and great size tub

I was really happy to buy this product as many of other people were saying that it worked for their ebf babies, but it came open and had to get a replacement and now I need to wait another day to receive it… really disappointed as I really needed it for my baby today. Even though I’ve seen many reviews saying that the box was open I was hoping mine not to be… this should be a really concerning issue and the producer should make stronger boxes so they don’t open as easy.. also the date on the product was really bad, I received it today 13.01.2024 and it will expire in 05.2024 it has been produced over 2 years ago… who knows since when the milk box has been open..

On opening the box one of the formulas were opened. This is not safe to give my baby. Waste of £11. Can I have this replaced?
