I think my third purchase. I can feel the difference especially when I exercise regularly

Gave this a fair shot and it never grew on me. This made me super lethargic and fatigued. Minerals shouldn't do that. One of the functions of minerals are to help your body work properly which equates to having more natural energy. This didn't do that. I finally looked at the ingredients to find the culprit and it's in the additional ingredients. Chamomile is one of the ingredients. Why on Earth is that in a mineral supplement. That's for sleep and isn't even a mineral. In fact, some people have allergic reactions to that because it's a plant. I won't buy this again. Oh and P.S., you have to take 4 capsules to get the full serving.

Other than a few empty capsules the product is excellent
