PoE in, but not PoE out
Be careful. Mikrotik makes the CSS610-8P-2S+IN and the CSS610-8G-2S+1N. Spot the one-letter difference. I wanted the CSS610-8P-2S+IN which provides PoE, but when I searched for it Amazon silently offered me this, which can itself be powered via PoE, but doesn't provide PoE. Whoops. Easy mistake to make! Given Mikrotik's reputation I'm sure this is an excellent switch for people whose needs it meets, though.

CSS610 checks every box for a small unmanaged switch. Plug and play if you need it to be, but provides basic L2 functions (VLAN, LAG, etc.) via web GUI if you need them. Good build quality and incredible form factor for anyone's needs. It's sleepwalking through all the RJ45 ports being populated with nodes, but I haven't gotten my SFP+ slots filled yet, so we'll see how it handles heat/load then. My only complaint so far is not being able to configure the L2 functions by console, or really set anything beyond bare minimums due to the cordoned backend. I got it for the lab to learn more about networking, but it's too easy to use and too good at what it does to let me blow my own foot off in any educational capacity.

Fonctionne parfaitement: - Freebox Delta (fibre 10G-EPON) => 2x Gbic SFP+ (FS.com 10GBASE-SR 850nm 300m DOM LC Duplex MMF) + fibre multimode => MikroTik CSS610 - MikroTik CSS610 => 2x Gbic SFP+ (FS.com 10GBASE-SR 850nm 300m DOM LC Duplex MMF) + fibre multimode => Carte SFP+ Broadcom P210P - 2 x 10GbE PCIe NIC dans le PC L'uplink s'établit bien à 10 Gb/s, 1Gb/s distribué ensuite sur chacun des 8 ports Ethernet + 10 Gb/s sur la carte Broadcom sans le moindre problème.
