Absolutely waste of money….. Just two pages , photocopied throughout the item… I will not call this a book but a scam 🤬 Nothing like it’s description, NO advice just headlines In fact it was so bad, I am not even go to return it for my money back but throw it in the bin where it shouldn’t have come out off 🤬
